Regranting and Project Monitoring
Do you want to support local Ukrainian organizations but lack a physical presence in Ukraine or the capacity to organize and manage regranting? We have extensive experience in this field. Since 2012, we have been conducting mini-grant competitions for organizations from all over the country as part of large-scale projects supported by NED and the German Federal Foreign Office.
What we do: We handle the entire cycle: drafting call-for-proposals guidelines and application forms, recruiting experts for selection committees, evaluating proposals, briefing grantees, monitoring project implementation (including on-site monitoring visits), and collecting and verifying reports. We work with organizations ranging from the grassroots (rural) level to the regional level, managing mini-grants starting from €2,000.
Result: You receive a turnkey regranting process where, with your support, the best ideas from local Ukrainian NGOs—those that need financial assistance the most—are funded. We also have experience supporting unregistered grassroots volunteer initiatives.
Research
Do you need data to plan your programs and activities in Ukraine? We will help you conduct the necessary research. We can develop the research design, combining quantitative and qualitative methods in both online and offline formats.

Design and Coordination of Educational Programs
We have been working in the field of adult education for over 20 years, equipping us with the expertise to help you develop and design an effective educational program for your target audience.

Communication of Reforms
Explaining complex concepts in simple terms is our strong suit! We were the ones communicating about NATO back in the mid-2000s, promoting the PROZORRO public procurement system in Cherkasy, and explaining the healthcare and police reforms.
We can drive communication through various formats: we have organized panel discussions, produced video clips and animations, designed booklets and infographics, and created quizzes and quests on these topics.
