Services for Communities

To understand the needs of your community, accurately assess the level of satisfaction with local services, and keep your finger on the pulse of public sentiment, we offer comprehensive research services.

We can conduct quantitative surveys (online and offline) or qualitative research (focus groups, in-depth interviews) tailored to your specific requirements, handling all the details—or we can train your team to conduct them independently.

This service is highly valuable for community representatives when drafting development strategies, designing new targeted local programs, planning the annual budget, or studying residents’ attitudes toward specific issues, proposals, events, or public figures.

For a community to be strong, cohesive, and self-sufficient, citizens must be involved in decision-making. But how can this be achieved if every other town hall meeting ends in conflict? Or perhaps you believe that your residents are passive and disengaged? Rest assured, this is definitely not the case! You simply need to know and correctly apply the right tools. Our participatory practices training will help you master this area!

This service is beneficial for communities that want to harness their residents’ potential for development, collaborate with international donors, and reduce unconstructive criticism. It is also ideal for civic activists seeking to influence local authorities more effectively but lacking the practical know-how.

We will explain what “civic participation” truly means, why it is essential, and how to establish and foster it in your community. We will break down the levels of engagement, methods, and tools, pinpointing exactly when and how to apply them correctly.

You can start with a one-day introductory training, but for deeper understanding and practical application, we highly recommend our three-day program. We have been teaching this topic for over 5 years, and our experts’ services are trusted by numerous foundations and organizations across Ukraine.

Result: You will gain a profound understanding of civic participation, a practical toolkit, and a clear roadmap for implementing these practices in your community.

Project management is challenging. But it will definitely become easier after taking our online course, “Grant Project Management”!

Furthermore, they provide templates, checklists, methodologies, and life hacks that will significantly simplify your life in project management.

This course is essential for those who want to work with international donors and implement joint projects efficiently and stress-free, ensuring all stakeholders are satisfied.
